Join PhonePe as an Insurance Advisor – Enhance Customer Experience
PhonePe is currently recruiting an Insurance Advisor to join our in-house Customer Experience team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert support to customers, resolving complex issues, and optimizing our support systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and streamlining support processes
- Collaborating with internal teams to drive resolution and process improvements
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate integrity and customer-centricity in every interaction
- Resolve basic PhonePe account and transaction-related queries
- Adapt to phone and data channels to provide seamless support
- Follow established process guidelines to ensure timely resolution
- Foster customer trust through empathetic and personalized interactions
- Meet hourly and daily productivity targets
- Utilize internal processes and resources to drive efficient resolution
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams for support
- Identify and recommend process improvements
- Empower customers to maximize PhonePe’s features

- 0-2 years of customer-facing experience (a plus!)
- Multilingual skills in South Indian languages (a bonus!)
