We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join the AWS Utility Computing (UC) team. As a member of UC, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development and management of a range of AWS services, including Compute, Database, Storage, Internet of Things (IoT), Platform, and Productivity Apps
- Providing expert support to customers requiring specialized security solutions for their cloud services
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect and document ground truth data for product development, following a defined set of instructions
- Execute tasks and report results with high accuracy, ensuring attention to detail
- Understand and adhere to procedures and guidelines for new tasks and releases
- Perform repetitive exercises based on dynamic instructions, maintaining quality standards
- Utilize software tools for data capture, complying with organizational processes
- Communicate results, escalate failures, and provide individual status reports, meeting productivity and quality baselines
- Raise and resolve failures/doubts related to execution, adhering to SLAs
