CAD Manager Role in Business Banking Operations
As a CAD Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up and managing working capital limits, including Cash Credit, Overdraft, and trade products
- Ensuring accurate transaction processing, policy adherence, and zero error-rates
- Preparing Management Information Systems (MIS) reports and managing archival and retrieval processes
- Handling vendor management and leading a team of professionals
- Presenting data insights to senior management and regulatory bodies.
Job Purpose:
As a Bank Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Setting up and managing working capital limits, including Cash Credit and Overdraft facilities
- Handling trade products, such as Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Packing Credit, and Bill Discounting
- Managing the archival and retrieval process for all relevant documents and records
- Preparing various Management Information Systems (MIS) reports related to limit setup and disbursement
- Ensuring zero error-rates while conducting processes and complying with organizational policies and procedures
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
As a Bank Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring error-free transaction processing within the stipulated Turn-Around-Time (TAT)
- Demonstrating thorough knowledge of Business Banking processes and systems, with at least 1 year of prior related experience
- Collating required data from respective stakeholders, analyzing, and reporting to regulators as per requirements
- Utilizing strong analytical and data interpretation skills for data preparation
- Exhibiting high proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel
- Possessing exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for presenting data to higher management and external parties
- Managing vendors (legal, technical, ROC)
- Preparing presentations for internal reviews and data analysis for projects
- Assuming managerial and leadership responsibilities
- Handling a team of experienced professionals from the industry
- Managing all reporting and tracking of activities for timely and correct reporting
Educational Qualifications:
To be eligible for this role, you should have:
- A graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university
- A post-graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized university (optional but preferred)
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a similar role or industry
