Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and effective technical support to end-users, expertly addressing application-related issues and ensuring seamless productivity with minimal downtime.
  • Solve software mysteries! Troubleshoot issues, log support requests, and connect with the right teams when needed.
  • Work closely with IT and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, plan and implement software updates, and perform system upgrades to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s applications, including their functionality, integration with other systems, and interdependencies.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of application support processes, troubleshooting procedures, and issue resolutions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
  • Continuously monitor system performance, identify potential problems, address them proactively, and implement preventive measures to ensure system stability and minimize downtime.
  • Assist in user training and education, providing guidance on application functionality, best practices, and usage guidelines to promote effective usage and minimize errors.
  • Participate in the testing and quality assurance of new software releases, patches, and updates to ensure seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations.

Survey:

  • Design, create, and manage surveys to collect valuable data.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure surveys align with research goals.
  • Develop and implement survey logic, branching, and advanced features to enhance data collection.
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of collected survey responses through rigorous data management.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on survey design, development, and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on survey creation and administration within the Qualtrics platform.

Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in application management or related IT roles, demonstrating expertise in managing complex applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of application deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring seamless application functionality.
  • Familiarity with various programming languages, databases, and application frameworks, enabling effective communication with technical teams.
  • Familiarity with data analysis concepts, APIs, and SQL tools, enhancing ability to extract insights and drive informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, allowing for efficient issue resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, facilitating effective interaction with end-users and technical teams.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities effectively, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results.
