Job Role: Collections Management Specialist
We’re looking for talented graduates with a proven track record in OTC and SAP ERP, preferably in collections management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of:
- Upstream collection processes
- Downstream collection processes
- Exceptions management
Key Responsibilities:
- Collections Management:
- Collect past due invoices and resolve invalid deductions via email, phone calls, etc.
- Respond to email/phone queries related to disputed invoices
- Dispute Resolution:
- Research and analyze disputes/deductions in ERP
- Follow up with various departments to obtain supporting documents/info
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process and automation improvements
- Reporting and Tracking:
- Daily reporting of individual portfolios to track and supervise past dues
- Collections Strategy:
- Implement collections strategy to reduce past due
- Issue Resolution:
- Research and resolve issues to avoid adverse customer impact
- Team Collaboration:
- Work as a team to process adhoc requests in a timely manner
- Customer Service:
- Deliver quality customer service by researching and responding to internal/external partners’ inquiries quickly and expertly
