Our training program is designed to provide you with a deep understanding of our Bloomberg products, including our risk management solutions, market liquidity tools, and more.
Hands-On Experience
Following our training program, you will apply your knowledge by assisting our clients in the Analytics department. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with our clients, providing 24/7 support for Bloomberg Professional Service users all over the world and across multiple industries.
24/7 Support
In our Analytics business, you will be part of a team that provides unparalleled customer service to our clients. Our clients access our support via our Helpdesk using the ‘Instant Bloomberg’ chat system, and we respond to over 12,000 queries daily in more than 15 languages. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of problems, from educating a portfolio manager on Bloomberg’s risk management solutions to helping a trader use our functionality to discover new sources of market liquidity.
