Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct thorough investigations of problem areas to determine root causes
- Evaluate operational feasibility by assessing problem definitions, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
- Design and develop software solutions through collaborative user research, systems flow analysis, data usage examination, and work process study
- Adhere to the software development lifecycle methodology
- Develop comprehensive documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code to demonstrate solutions
- Enhance operational efficiency by performing systems analysis and recommending policy and procedure changes
